Job title: Support Engineer
Job duration: 40 Hours / Week, Permanent position, Full time
Job duties: Provide technical support and recommend solutions to staff and clients may have. Assess client and staff needs, identify challenges or issues, and configure solutions that are customized for their individual needs. Assist with achieving a satisfactory resolution to any issues or problems a client and staff may be experiencing. Document, maintain, upgrade, or replace hardware and software systems. Maintain company online resources and make sure 24/7 availability. Gather, analyze, and summarize information and trends to prepare technical reports. Investigate alternatives and technologies for continual improvement for technical and feasibility analysis. Provide post-deployment CRM support for modifications and upgrades. Ensuring optimal application functionality by configuring systems and applications. Prioritizing customer queries and escalating serious technical issues to developers. Documenting error reports and monitoring performance metrics. Relaying application functionality feedback from customers to developers. Assist all engineers in technical operations and ensure utilization of all tools efficiently and prepare all required repair documents and ensure compliance to all organization guidelines
Job Requirements: Required Masters or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, CIS, Information Systems, Engineering (Any), Information Technology or any related field + 1 year of experience in the job offered, Systems Engineer, Systems Architect, IT Analyst or related. Travel depending on company’s needs.
Salary Range: $115814.00/Year to $126000.00/Year
